This is what happens when the music swells and a movie(Homeward Bound) gets dramatic. Seriously this kid, for as tough as she is, gets sooooooo emotional watching movies.

She managed to pop her elbow out for the third time today. Luckily we’ve been through it before and waited it out rather then taking her to the ER(been there, done that, after six hours and loads of tears, went back home with no resolution). She seems to be able to pop it back in herself after a few hours. Luckily this time she was pretty mellow about it, her mother on the other hand was a nervous mess as per usual. My husband says she’s just super tough and I shouldn’t worry. Apparently he is right.

Cleaning the bathtub, because apparently it’s covered in “pee pee”. It appears using the excuse that she has to pick up her toys so the dogs don’t pee on them may have sunk in a bit too much.

Climbing, climbing, climbing. She has been climbing everything today. The tractor, the coffee table, the night stand in the bedroom. I fear soon I will find her on the counter or kitchen table.

We finally managed to convince her to try on her winter coat(that’s not it) after many attempts. It still fits, but she hates it apparently. So sweater and sweatshirt it is. Hopefully she forgets how much she hates it by the time she really needs it(she only wears it to play outside anyway, since like most coats, it’s far to bulky to be safe in a car seat).

It was her third Halloween, but the first one she got to trick or treat. She picked it up super quick and wanted to keep going. And eating chocolate. I managed to trade her candy for stickers and organic cookies when we got home and the stickers were clearly the favorite. She did manage to shovel a fair amount of chocolate in her mouth before the night was through.
